Trump: If there is no deal on Greenland, tariffs will be imposed on Europe and Canada

U.S. President Donald Trump stated on the 19th that if no agreement is reached on the U.S. acquisition of Greenland, he will "100 percent" impose additional tariffs on some European countries.
In an interview with NBC on the same day, when asked whether he would use military force to seize Greenland, Trump said "no comment". He claimed that Europe should focus on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, "that’s what Europe should be concerned about, not Greenland".
When asked if he would impose additional tariffs on European countries as planned if no agreement is reached on the Greenland issue, Trump said, "I will, 100 percent".
Trump once again complained that Norway had not awarded him the Nobel Peace Prize. "No matter what they say, Norway is completely in control of the Nobel Peace Prize." "They like to say it has nothing to do with them, but in reality, they have everything to do with it."
On the 19th, Trump sent a reply text message to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, stating that given Norway's decision not to award him the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of his having "stopped 8 wars", "I feel no longer obligated to only consider peace... Now I can consider what is beneficial and appropriate for the United States".
