Binance Alpha points will be included in slisBNB and clisBNB positions

According to Foresight News, Binance Chinese published a message saying: "From 8 a.m. on June 20, Staked Lista BNB (slisBNB) and Lista collateral BNB (clisBNB) in decentralized BNB assets will be included in the user's Binance Alpha holding points."
