Cosmos Health enters up to $300 million in securities purchase agreement with a U.S. agency to initiate ETH treasury

According to Foresight News, Nasdaq-listed company Cosmos Health announced that it has reached a securities purchase agreement with a U.S. institutional investor to launch an ETH treasury strategy. The company will strategically accumulate ETH and its assets will be custodialized and pledged through the institutional infrastructure provided by BitGo Trust Company.
