London Stock Exchange launches blockchain platform for private equity funds

According to Foresight News, according to Jinshi, the London Stock Exchange Group launched a blockchain-based digital market infrastructure platform, which will focus on the private equity fund field in the early stage, marking the official entry of the exchange operator into the digital asset field. The announcement shows that MembersCap has used the platform to raise funds for its tokenized fund MCM Fund 1. Archax, a regulated digital stock exchange in London, acts as the nominal holder. By using blockchain technology, the London Stock Exchange Group aims to improve the efficiency of the private equity market. Although the current platform is only open to private equity funds, the group plans to expand to other asset classes in the future.
