China New City cooperates with EX.IO to launch commercial real estate RWA project

According to Foresight News, according to Zhitong Finance, China New City (01321.HK) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company entered into a service agreement with EXIO Group Limited (EXIO), and EXIO agreed to provide to the company with tokenized services: legal document coordination, smart contract development, smart contract audit, wallet solutions, token access on the EXIO platform, coordination of investors to know you, first distribution of virtual assets and secondary transactions.
