Digital asset management company ReserveOne submits registration statement for Form S-4 to be listed on Nasdaq

The company previously announced plans to establish a cryptocurrency reserve of over US$1 billion, focusing on Bitcoin, covering assets such as Ethereum and Solana with potential for pledge and lending income.
