Delin Holdings promotes RWA tokenization, involving ByteDance, Kraken and eSelf AI

According to Foresight News, Delin Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that it has obtained approximately US$5.7 million in private equity through funds and SPVs, which it plans to use for RWA tokenization. Among them, it indirectly holds ByteDance (approximately US$2 million, with an implied valuation of approximately US$315 billion), Kraken (approximately US$3 million, with an implied valuation of approximately US$15 billion) and eSelf AI (approximately US$700,000, with an implied valuation of approximately US$21 million). The company plans to tokenize the relevant SPVs upon completion of the transaction and advance the tokenization projects of Delin Tower LPF and Animoca Brands LPF. Animoca Brands LPF solution uses XRP Ledger and received pilot funding from Hong Kong Cyberport. Delin Securities and Delin Digital Family Office have submitted materials to the Securities Regulatory Commission and aim to launch distribution and platform operations in early 2026.
