Hong Kong-listed company International Commercial Settlement plans to purchase no more than HK$200 million in Bitcoin

According to Foresight News, according to Zhitong Finance, International Commercial Settlement (00147.HK) announced that as part of the group's investment in cryptocurrency and related business development plans, on October 16, 2025, the board of directors resolved to recommend further purchases of Bitcoin within two months from the date of this announcement at a time and price deemed appropriate by the directors. The total consideration payable for possible purchases shall not exceed HK$200 million. This amount is determined with reference to the group's financial situation.
