The plan proposes to develop platform consumption in an orderly manner. Orderly develop new business formats such as live streaming e-commerce, instant retail, curated retail, and recycling e-commerce. Platform companies are encouraged to use artificial intelligence technology in accordance with laws and regulations to explore user needs and match and push products and services. Support platform companies to apply virtual reality, metaverse, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other digital technologies to create multi-scenario and immersive consumer experiences. Guide platform companies to carry out brand quality consumption promotion activities. The main responsibilities of platform enterprises shall be consolidated, the qualification review of operators and product information verification shall be strengthened, and the mechanism for rapid settlement of consumer disputes shall be improved.
