The National Data Administration of China and the Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority signed a memorandum of cooperation to carry out cooperation in digital technologies and innovations such as blockchain.
According to Foresight News, according to Zhitong Finance, the National Data Administration of China, the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and the Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority jointly signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Jointly Building the New Digital Land-Sea Corridor", aiming to deepen China and Singapore's cooperation under the strategic connectivity demonstration project, jointly empower the construction of the New Land-Sea Corridor through digital transformation, and create a future-oriented smart economic corridor. According to the memorandum, the three parties will focus on carrying out practical cooperation in the following areas: First, digital interconnection. Under the framework of digital rules of both parties, through digital infrastructure interoperability and cooperation, the three parties will promote the safe and orderly flow of data across borders and explore the construction of efficient, convenient and safe digital channels. The second is digital technology and innovation, encouraging and supporting enterprises and scientific research institutions of the two countries to carry out joint research and development and scenario application cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data and other fields, and sharing experiences and results in smart city construction. The third is digital talent exchange training. By holding seminars, carrying out skills certification and talent exchange projects, we will strengthen the training of professional talents in the digital field and provide solid talent support for the development of the digital economy.
