It proposes to accelerate the construction of smart grids that adapt to the development and consumption of new energy, accelerate the digital transformation and construction of digital grids, promote the deep integration of big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies with the power system to support the consumption of clean energy. Actively promote the construction of the first batch of pilot cities for large-scale application of vehicle-network interaction in the country and promote collaborative interaction between vehicles and networks. Accelerate the expansion of new power system application scenarios and create a new power system demonstration zone for Guangzhou's super-large cities.
