According to Foresight News, in order to implement the construction deployment of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center and highlight the development of digital economy-related industries such as science fiction, metaverse, games, e-sports, virtual reality, the "Several Measures to Support the Construction of Beijing Future Digital Space Innovation Pilot Zone (Draft for Comments)" recently publicly solicited opinions. It proposes to support cross-border data flow and "cultural going overseas". Support enterprises to participate in the construction of international rules and standards certification systems related to cross-border data, improve the energy level of data cross-border service centers, support enterprises to facilitate access to the international Internet, and promote safe, orderly and convenient cross-border data flow. Promote future data space innovation and overseas innovation, create a number of cultural overseas development projects, accelerate the cultivation of internationally competitive cultural and technological enterprises, and promote the "out of overseas development" of enterprises, products and services.
