BACKSEAT Exchange raised $9.7 million in total, led by Spiral Capital and Headline Asia

According to Foresight News, according to Coindesk, BACKSEAT Exchange completed a seed round of financing, with a total financing of 1.4 billion yen (equivalent to approximately US$9.7 million). The seed round was led by Spiral Capital and Headline Asia, with East Ventures participating. BACKSEAT Exchange is established based on the Japanese crypto exchange coinbook, which was previously acquired by BACKSEAT Co., Ltd.
