YZi Labs will support 10X Capital to establish BNB Treasury

According to Foresight News, YZi Labs will support investment institution 10X Capital to establish BNB Treasury Company. The company plans to list on major U.S. stock exchanges to provide U.S. investors with the opportunity to participate in BNB growth and earnings, and will focus on the BNB Chain ecosystem. 10X Capital has recently had successful cases in the field of digital asset reserve companies (Nasdaq listed company Nakamoto). This time, it will cooperate with the capital markets division of Cohen & Company Securities and Clear Street LLC to raise funds for the initial BNB acquisition. The company will emphasize the transparency and verifiability of asset holdings, strengthen interaction with the BNB ecosystem and communities, and expect to announce the completion of relevant financing in the coming weeks.

BNB Treasury will be led by an experienced management team including David Namdar, senior partner at 10X Capital, Russell Read, chief investment officer at 10X Capital, Saad Naja, former director at Kraken, and more.
