Listed company LQWD Technologies intends to raise $10 million to support rapid accumulation of Bitcoin

According to Foresight News, Canadian-listed Bitcoin Lightning Network Technology Company LQWD Technologies announced the launch of a market-issued equity plan (the “ATM Plan”) and signed an equity allocation financing agreement with Haywood Securities on July 15 to raise up to $10 million in funds to support its strategy of rapidly accumulating Bitcoin as its core asset while expanding its global Lightning Network infrastructure.
