CEA Industries and 10X Capital conduct $500 million private equity financing to build BNB library

According to Foresight News, CEA Industries and 10 X Capital announced a $500 million private equity financing backed by YZi Labs to build a BNB treasury, offering a total income of $500 million ($400 million in cash and $100 million in cryptocurrency), plus up to $750 million in cash that could come from exercised warrants issued in private equity (assuming 100% of warrants are exercised).

More than 140 subscribers participated in the issuance, including Pantera Capital, Arche Capital, GSR, Borderless, Arrington Capital, Blockchain.com, Hypersphere Capital, Kenetic and other institutions.
