Trump Media Technology Group submits Bitcoin ETF to amend registration statement

According to Foresight News, Trump's Trump Media Technology Group (stock code: DJT) announced today that it has filed the First Amendment for the S-1 registration statement of Truth Social Bitcoin ETF with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The ETF will hold Bitcoin directly, aiming to track Bitcoin price performance, and its share is intended to be listed on the NYSE Arca Exchange. Other information includes:



・Customer and liquidity support: Crypto.com, a cryptocurrency trading platform, will serve as the exclusive Bitcoin custodian, a major executive broker and liquidity provider

・Sponsor: Yorkville US Digital Corporation serves as the initiator of ETF

・Approval progress: ETF launch is subject to SEC's announcement of the registration statement taking effect and approval of Form 19b-4 application
