180 Life Sciences completed approximately US$156 million in private equity financing purchases ETH

Foresight News, 180 Life Sciences Corp. (NASDAQ: ATNF) announced that it had sold a 2028 maturity priority guaranteed convertible bond (“Convertible Bonds”) with a total principal amount of approximately $156 million to an institutional investor on August 8. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the issuance of convertible bonds to buy more ETH. The issuance further expands the company's newly announced ETH fund management strategy. The company plans to regularly update its ETH holdings to investors in the short term to ensure maximum transparency.
