Nordea Bank Nordea will provide Bitcoin ETP products and plans to launch CoinShares’ Bitcoin ETP in December
According to Foresight News, Nordea Bank AB announced that it will provide customers with exchange-traded (ETP) products that track Bitcoin. Nordea, which has previously maintained a cautious attitude towards cryptocurrencies, said that as the European cryptocurrency regulatory environment matures and the demand for virtual currencies and cryptocurrencies in the Nordic region continues to grow, its decision to allow customers to trade cryptocurrency-related products on its platform. Nordea will allow customers to trade a cryptocurrency-related product developed by an external company on its platform. The new product, developed by CoinShares, will be launched on the Nordea Bank platform in December 2025. The product is a so-called synthetic ETP with Bitcoin as the underlying asset, targeting experienced investors looking for alternative asset allocations.
