Tron Inc. has filed a mixed securities registration application up to $1 billion with the U.S. SEC

According to Foresight News, US SEC documents show that Tron Inc. has filed a mixed securities registration application for up to $1 billion (Form S-3). This registration document gives the company the right to flexibly issue financial instruments such as common shares, preferred shares, bonds, warrants, etc. in the future, and the specific issuance time and amount have not been disclosed. Tron Inc. has previously landed on Nasdaq through reverse merger and acquisition of SRM Entertainment.
